Ever since my son was old enough to say “taco,” we have had a taco Tuesday at our house. He loves the things more than any other meal that I make. I think he would pick tacos over chocolate cake most days, which is pretty crazy, but very true. I can get bored of them week after week, so I had to go on a hunt and see if there was something I could do to mix things up. I was a little nervous about how my boy would react to a different kind of taco Tuesday, but I had to do something.
When I was searching around, I came upon these taco pockets on All Recipes that seemed like they would be pretty tasty. I was sure to pick up all the ingredients at the grocery store, and I tried them that following week. I’m not going to lie, he looked pretty upset that he didn’t see his regular taco on the table.
He took a bite after a little bit of convincing though, and then he got a huge smile on his face. He liked them! Thank goodness! My daughter really enjoyed them too, and so did me and the hubby. I’m going to be using these a few times a month now I just know it.
