My husband is famous for throwing a last minute grilling session at me, and I have no idea to pair up with the meat usually. Now that I know that I can make this though, there are never any questions about what our side dish is going to be. At least I know I have one thing I can serve that’s super tasty.

Ingredients

8 oz box Barilla elbow macaroni, cooked

1 small onion, chopped

2 eggs, hard-cooked & chopped

3 Tbs. Vlasic sweet pickle relish

1 Heaping Tbs. Hellmann’s mayonnaise

 

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and toss gently until everything is coated well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
