Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole: I Could Eat This Every Week!

Whenever we go out to my favorite deli for lunch, I always get the Italian meatball sub. It is so tasty, I could eat one a few times a week probably and not get tired of them. So, when I found this recipe for a casserole with the same name on Group Recipes, I was excited to say the very least. I wrote down all the ingredients and laced up my tennis shoes and headed to the supermarket. I was making it as soon as possible.

The amount of ingredients that I didn’t already have on hand was very affordable to pick up. I was actually kind of surprised at how cheap it was to make this. I thought, as long as it’s as good as it sounds, this is going to be one of my new favorite recipes.

It went together so easily, I was kind of shocked. Then, when it came out of the oven, I almost wanted to eat it directly out of the pan without getting a fork. I didn’t want to burn my mouth though, so I waited a few minutes.
