I like how easy these are to make, besides the fact that you can pair them up with just about anything. I have made them with homemade onion rings, or if I know my man is going to be extra hungry, I will do mashed potatoes and make extra gravy to go on those along with a nice vegetable or garden salad. I don’t want anyone walking away from my dinning room table hungry and I know when I make these, that’s not going to happen.

Ingredients
Gravy
1½ cups Swanson beef broth (low sodium)
1 oz package Lipton brown gravy mix (dry)
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Other
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion , thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms , thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons water
6 large rolls or Kaiser buns
6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, pepper and flour in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties.
