I couldn’t wait until my husband and I retired. We had planned to buy a motor home and travel around the state and eventually the country if we liked it. The beauty of traveling around the state was the fact that we could bring our grandchildren with us during the summer months, and that was going to be most of the fun of it. Every time they came with us, they always wanted to make s’mores on the campfire. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t always cooperate with us.
There was no way I was going to disappoint my grand kids just because there was bad weather, so I had to come up with a solution to the problem. I found this recipe on The Comfort Of Cooking for a s’more dip that sounded amazing. I just knew that they were going to love it.
The next time that it rained, I made this in place of their usual campfire s’mores, and they were so happy. It was well worth the effort to see the big smiles on their faces!
