I was hosting a small gathering at my house for a few friends and family for Mother’s Day. Even though I am a Mom, I wanted to do something special for all the other Moms that I loved and appreciated so much. I decided that instead of us all fighting the crowds at the restaurants to go out and get something to eat, I would make everyone a beautiful Mother’s Day meal. I had the appetizers, salads, and main entree planned out. Oh, and a few side dishes of potatoes and vegetables were set to go.
The only thing that I didn’t have was a dessert. I didn’t want to make something that was going to require a lot of ingredients or time, because I had already done so much. I knew that there had to be a simple dessert out there that would be fancy enough for my special party.
This chocolate cream cheese delight was the perfect solution to my dilemma. I think that Memories by the Mile wrote it just for me. It was a huge crowd pleaser! I am so happy that I found it, and so was everyone else.

Quick Tip: If you don’t like chocolate, try it with a different flavor pudding like vanilla.
