It seems like every single night of the week, there is something going on at my house. If we aren’t leaving to an activity or event, I have things that I need to get done after working all day. I love being at home, but sometimes I feel like it’s more work being there than actually being at work! When it comes time for supper to be served, I am not afraid to order take out from any of our favorite restaurants. After a few times though, that gets pretty old and the family, and even I myself miss my cooking.
Casseroles don’t usually go over too well, just because I have those kids that don’t like their food touching. I keep telling them it all goes to the same spot but they don’t seem to understand my humor. Stumbling upon this recipe on Recipe Lion was almost magical.
I don’t know if it was coincidence or if I just got lucky. I don’t really care either. Regardless of how it happened, I’m just glad that it did. This recipe is incredible!
