When I married my husband I was so happy to have his family become my family! I especially loved his nana! She was the sweetest lady that you would ever meet! She was so warm and welcoming and loved to have people over to her house. She would could big wonderful meals for everyone. Oh my! She was the best cook that I think she was a chef in another life!
She loved to see everyone enjoy the meals she would make. Believe me, I loved eating anything she made. I was happy enough to snag a few of her recipes too! She made some really great desserts that I absolutely loved! She just had that magic touch. She was like the Macgyver of cooking! She could make a 5 star meal out of anything in her fridge.
One of my favorite meals that she made was Pot Roast Beef Stew. She was the queen of using leftovers to make another delicious meal. This recipe is so wonderful that you will want to make it again and again. Take it from me and nana when I say that this is quite possibly the best pot roast stew that you will ever taste. Make some and share with your friends!
