There was going to be a big awards show on television, and a few friends and I decided that we were going to get together and watch it. I decided that I would host the party at my house, just because I love to entertain. I like to get everything ready and see the people I love walk through the door to spend some quality time together. So, it was settled. They were all going to meet at my place to enjoy the show and have some snacks. I had to make some of the snacks, and everyone else was going to bring something.
My friend Nicole showed up with a hot plate of taco dip that was probably the best thing on the menu that night. We all kept going back for more and more during the commercial breaks until it was cleaned right out.
I asked her where she got the recipe and she said she found it on Spend With Pennies. I was sure to have her write it down before she left, so I could serve it at future gatherings. It was such a crowd pleaser!
