The baby shower day arrived and we had everything set to go. My months of planning paid off for sure. The grape salad was a huge crowd pleaser. There wasn’t one single piece of fruit left in the bowl. The rest of the food was good too. I had several requests for this at the end of the day. My only request was for that baby to come into the world, which he did, about three weeks later. I love that little guy more than life itself! Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
1 cup non-fat Dannon Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Truvia
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 lbs seedless red grapes
2 lbs seedless green grapes
1 1/2 Tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the Neufchatel cream cheese, yogurt, Truvia and vanilla until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with Truvia brown sugar blend and pecans just before serving.
