My kids went to stay with my sister for a couple of days recently, and it was so quiet around the house. It was nice to get a little break, but I missed them after the first few hours it seemed. When they came home, I couldn’t stop hugging and kissing them all over. I was so happy to have them back with me. They had to tell me about all the fun that they had while they were gone. I never had any doubt that they had a good time, because my sister is quite possibly the best Aunt in the world.
They told me about all the activities that they took part in, and they couldn’t stop talking about the pizza twists that they had. I had to call her and see what they were talking about. She told me it was a recipe that she found on Spend With Pennies.
I had her recite it to me so I could write it down and make it a few days later myself. They were right.. these were really tasty! It’s a new favorite snack, and even sometimes a light dinner, around our house.
