Now This Is How Wet Burritos Should Be Done!

The following weekend we waited for the family to arrive and eat with us so we could get to know them. I was actually a little nervous. I mean, we were going to be living just a few feet from these people. It would be best if we could get along. They were extremely nice at dinner. They didn’t stop giving me compliments about the food the whole time. It has been several months since then and we have continued to become better and better friends which is working out nicely for everyone. Maybe it was the dinner? Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:

“Mexican dish that sounds strange but tastes GREAT.”

If you’ve ever enjoyed a wet burrito before like I have, it doesn’t sound strange at all… it sounds FANTASTIC!

Instructions

Brown hamburger and drain.

Add taco seasoning, prepare as on back of package.

Add refried beans.

Mix soup with 4 oz of sour cream.

Spread this mixture over bottom of casserole dish.

Put meat in the tortillas, wrap up and place seam down in dish.

Put the remaining sour cream and soup over top of burritos.

Sprinkle cheese ontop and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.

Garnish with green onions and tomatoes.

Serve picate sauce and Dorito chips on side.

Quick Tip: Turn the broiler on for a few minutes at the end to really bubble the cheese up.
