If there’s one thing I can almost guarantee that my kids will devour when I make it, it’s spaghetti. They love the stuff. My two year old loves to make a mess with it too, but that’s a story for another day. At least I know that she’s going to eat it. The only issue is, my husband isn’t that fond of the traditional spaghetti. He will eat it, it just isn’t his most favorite meal in the world. It was my mission to find something that everyone would be able to enjoy equally, and up popped this recipe from Spend With Pennies, out of nowhere.
I couldn’t wait to try it out. It looked so simple, and delicious. It really wasn’t hard to put together at all. The meatballs took a little bit of time, but it was well worth it for the flavor in the end. When I told the hubby we were having spaghetti for dinner, he could barely cover his disappointment.
When I gave him a great big plate of this spaghetti casserole, he could hardly contain his excitement. The kids loved this too, just as much as the regular stuff. I think I found something we can all agree on.
