Baked Sweet & Sour Chicken – It’s What’s For Dinner Tonight

This is a great way to enjoy an authentic Chinese dinner without emptying out your wallet. There’s one thing that I have learned over the years, and that is the fact that eating out is expensive! I can make this for just a fraction of what I would pay to go out to eat, and with so many more mouths to feed, it’s the only way to go these days. My husband and kids really like this too. It’s a rare dinner that we can all agree on! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Julie’s Eats & Treats:

“This sounds delicious! Sweet and sour chicken is my favorite.”
