You Won’t Believe This Monte Cristo Casserole!

This casserole really does taste better than the sandwich. Once you make it like this and can dig in it any way that you want, you will have a hard time going back to the plain old sandwich that you once used to eat! This casserole is super easy to make. Take a look at the ingredients and you will see. I do like to make my own french toast. It’s super easy for me and I get to add a few spices in if I want. You can make your own or use frozen french toast and it will turn out great either way.

Check out what our friends from Big Oven have to say about this:

“Ham, Swiss cheese and eggs make a great comfort-food casserole.”

This casserole can comfort me anytime!
