It’s nice to make these because there is so much that can be done with them. The meats and cheeses can be switched around and customized to please each individual person’s tastes at your table. The kids actually like to make their own ham and egg cups because they are kind of fun to toss together. Whenever I can get some help in the kitchen, I’m taking it! Ingredients
Pam cooking spray
24 slices ham
6 eggs
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/4 large sweet onion, minced
1 1/2 cups Kraft shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Lay 2 ham slices in each muffin cup, overlapping the slices and pressing up the sides to take the shape of the cup.
Beat eggs in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Add onion and beat well. Fill each ham cup 3/4 full with egg mixture; top each with Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until egg is cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
