There is nothing that reminds me more of my childhood than a nice hearty lasagna. It was my dad’s favorite food, so Mom made it all the time. I didn’t hate it either. I would have to say that it’s probably my favorite food too. My husband really loves lasagna as well. Heck, even my kids like it, and they don’t like anything. Usually, I just make it pretty much the same way each and every time. Tried and true… nothing wrong with that right? I am always open to new ideas though because it’s such a versatile recipe.
Everybody that I know has their own version, like All Recipes and this American lasagna. I glanced over the ingredients for it one day and thought it sounded like there were a few nice additions in there that I wouldn’t mind trying.
This pan was one of the yummiest lasagnas that I’ve ever tried in my life. I ate a huge portion, and so did everyone else at my table. Paired up with some nice garlicy bread sticks… heaven I’m telling ya!
