Everything But The Kitchen Sink Pasta Salad!

 

I was looking in my fridge and I had so much food in there, but not enough to use one thing to make a meal. I was desperately trying to figure out what I was going to make for dinner. I had a meat entree in mind – hamburgers on the grill, but that was all. I don’t know about you but I need variety when I eat. I did not grow up in household that only served one thing on the table.

In fact, my mother always made it a point to have a few side dishes on the table. She loved the side dishes and salads more then the entree I believe! So, we always had some really yummy sides to go with the main entree on the table.

So, I was looking in the fridge and thinking of all of the side dishes that my mother would make and it finally came to me! I have a ton of veggies that I need to get rid of. I have pasta and I have dressing. Time to make a nice cold pasta salad to go with tonight’s meal.

This pasta salad has everything you could want in it, literally! This recipe is a good solid pasta salad recipe that you should hold on to and make again!
