One of my favorite types of food is Asian food. My go to was always Chinese because it’s everywhere. I moved out of the rural area closer to the city about 7 years ago. All of a sudden I was exposed to so much more foods, especially Asian. I mean who needs Chinese when you have a plethora of options to choose from?! I had to go around and try all of these other Asian cuisines and get a taste of something new.
I tried Thai first, which was really yummy. Next up was Japanese food, which was both delicious and a fun show. Then I had Korean, which was a real treat. I tried a few more places and then made my way to a Vietnamese restaurant. I had the best spicy garlic shrimp and noodles of my entire life! I couldn’t believe how such a simple dish came alive in my mouth. It was hands down the best Asian cuisine I had ever experienced.
This recipe is relatively easy to make and tastes so wonderful. Another good thing that you can do is make a lot of it. I like to make extra so that I can have some leftovers for lunch or sometimes I will freeze a container of it.
However much you want to make is up to you. All I can do is urge you to try this wonderful dish and you will see just what I am talking about!
