Almost every day my family has dinner together. We love it. It’s a great way to spend time getting to know my kids as they are growing up. Well, my kids are growing up and on the weekends they are usually out and about doing things with their friends. A lot of times it’s just me and the hubby. Which gives some nice bonding time as well. If it is just the two of us we will usually eat a smaller dinner and watch a movie or a game depending on the time of year.
The bigger dinners are left for when all the family is together. On the weekends, I will usually make something a little fun and smaller to eat. Recently my husband and I were really hungry for wings, but we didn’t feel like going out and sitting in a busy restaurant. Oh you know how that busy restaurant traffic can be on the weekends! Especially at dinner time.
I was in the mood for some garlic-y and cheesy. So, I searched around and found the perfect recipe. We had garlic parmesan chicken wings that I baked. They were absolutely delicious! We were both salivating while they were cooking. The smell was so strong and yummy that we could hardly wait. When we got them out of the oven and tried them we did not miss having deep fried wings. These are probably the best wings I have ever had.
