My cousin and her husband were coming into town for a visit not too long ago. She suggested that we go out to eat. I wanted something a little more personal though, so I asked if they would like to just come over for dinner. She agreed whole-heartdly, which was nice. I can’t stand getting into a restaurant for a nice meal only to discover that it’s super loud and packed full of people. The only thing I want to do is eat and get the heck out of there.
So, I had to find something that was going to be just as good to serve at home. I found this recipe on All Recipes for Chicken Milano and knew it was going to be a winner. I picked up all the stuff I needed to make it and it went together fairly simply.
My cousin and her husband showed up just as I was putting on the finishing touches. She thought that I had gone through way too much trouble. I reassured her that it wasn’t that difficult and it was so worth every minute to be able to enjoy our more private dinner.
