Going out to dinner together was something that me and the husband used to do all the time. We both worked a lot, and we didn’t want to waste any time in the kitchen. That was, before we had kids. After taking a screaming baby out of a fine dining restaurant, you think twice before heading out the next time. Instead of going through that embarrassment again, we decide that it was time to figure out how to make some of our most-loved recipes at home.
When I was browsing online for some simple, yet scrumptious recipes, I came upon this coconut shrimp recipe on All Recipes. I remembered going out to eat and getting this as an appetizer. It was by far one of my favorites. When I read the ingredients and instructions and saw how simple it looked, I could hardly wait to try it.
I made it for the hubby and I later on that weekend. I think it was even better than the stuff we got at our favorite restaurants. Now, we can enjoy yummy food without even having to take the baby out of the house. Yahoo!
