Time To Stock Up On Chicken Breast – When You Taste These You’re Going To Want Them All The Time

My mother loves pepperoni. I think she loves pepperoni more than any other meat in the whole world. I can’t really get it. The stuff usually gives me a bit of heartburn, especially if I eat a lot of it. But, Mom was coming for dinner so I wanted to make something that was going to please her. I am a chicken fan myself. I think it’s just because it’s so cheap and easy to make. We have it a few times a week at my house. So, when I came upon this recipe for pepperoni chicken on The Pioneer Woman… Ta-Da! How much better than that can you get? The best of both worlds.

I got all the ingredients picked up that I didn’t already have and put this together for our evening meal. It was actually really simple. The greatest part was that it looked fancy when it was done. Mom thought I must have been cooking for hours. I showed her the recipe and she quickly wrote down her own copy.

Everyone at my table really enjoyed this. I just served it over pasta that first night, but I’m sure there is so much more that can be done with it. Rice, mashed potatoes, or even all by itself! I can see this recipe getting used a lot in our house from now on.
