My sister is one of the hardest-working people on the face of the Earth, at least that I’ve encountered so far. She works full-time, and raises two kids, all by herself! I’m not sure where she gets the strength, but it’s somewhere inside of her. With a super busy lifestyle, and two hungry boys to feed, she has also become quite the master at simple and filling dishes. The last time I went over there to see if I could help her out, she was pulling this casserole out of the oven.
I couldn’t help but ask how she learned how to make this. She said that she spends her time online during her lunch breaks at work looking for recipes that her and her boys would like. That way, after work, she can swing by the grocery store and get what she needs for the evening.
That day she had come across this linguine casserole on Julie’s Eats & Treats. I was sure to sit down with her and the kids and enjoy a nice dinner with them that night. Then, I stole the recipe so that I could make the tasty dish at home!
