Can I Please Have This For Every Meal, For The Rest Of My Life?

Me and lasagna go together like peas and carrots. I cannot get enough of the stuff. I would eat it every day if my family would let me. They like it too, but not enough to eat it every day. Bummer. But, it gives me an incentive to look for other ways of preparing it. If I can change up the flavor a little bit, they aren’t quite so disappointed when we have the same thing over and over again. When I saw this recipe on The Recipe Rebel, I knew it must go on my table.

Chili is one of my husband’s all-time favorite meals, so I knew I was going to get some brownie points with that idea. My kids love cheese, and this was loaded down with it. I figured it would go over pretty well. Way better than that, everyone loved the stuff! I had to hide a few slices in the fridge so I could get my leftovers.

Whenever I make regular lasagna, I always have a nice sized portion of the pan leftover for a lunch or maybe even two. Not the case with this one. The family was gobbling it down so fast, I didn’t think I would even get one leftover piece. I did thankfully, and it was just as delicious the second day.
