This chicken dish is so good, you can actually serve it at dinner parties and really impress your guests. I know, because I have done it myself. Everyone thinks that I worked really hard to make the dish when in truth, it goes together really easily and cooks up rather quickly. I make it a point to keep these ingredients on hand, you never know when you might need a nice chicken dinner.
Ingredients
1 pound chicken tenderloins
2 eggs
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 package Lipton Italian dressing mix
3/4 cup Kraft Parmesan cheese
2 sleeves Ritz crackers (or buttery cracker of your choice)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large zip top bag, crush crackers with parmesan and dressing mix.
In a large bowl, mix eggs with heavy cream. Add all chicken pieces and toss to coat.
Shake chicken pieces in the bag of crackers, lay each out on baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
