Basketball season was winding down and the final playoffs were coming up. The family loves the excitement of the game, and our favorite team was doing really well. We decided that like a Super Bowl party, we were going to have a basketball party. I think that the kids and hubby just wanted me to make them something to eat… but hey, it sounded fun. I love serving our guests when they come to enjoy a game night or sporting event.
I took to the world wide web to see what I could find in terms of basketball snacks for everyone. I found pizza pinwheels on All Recipes that sounded awesome. Not only did they look good, they also seemed like they would be fairly easy to make.
A few days before the party, I picked up a load of the ingredients required to make the appetizer and did a trial run. As soon as these came out of the oven, everyone flocked to the kitchen. They disappeared off the tray just about as quickly as they came out of the oven.
Everyone agreed that these should be served at the party, so that’s just what I did. They were a huge hit among all of our fellow basketball fan friends.
