Grilling season is probably my favorite season of the year. It’s not Christmas or any other holiday. It’s just that time from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and maybe a little bit beyond, when you can do all of your cooking outside. I lived in an apartment for a big portion of the start of my adult life, so grilling was out of the question. When I finally moved into a house, a grill was one of the first things that I bought. Who needs all those decorations anyway right?
Usually it was just bratwurst or a slab of chicken breast with a few seasonings that went on the fire, until I discovered this honey mustard grilled chicken from All Recipes. Wowzers! It took that boring grilled chicken breast to something that I wanted to eat every day.
When I first read the recipe, I couldn’t believe that I already had everything that I needed in my kitchen. That was fate. It was so easy to make too, I think I made it three times that week. My wife really loved this dish too, and anytime I’m doing the cooking, she’s a happy lady!
