Light and Fluffy Sea Foam Frosting Is A Real “Whale” Of A Treat!

There is so much to be said about this whipped frosting recipe. it’s light and fluffy and tastes ever so magical. Ingredients

2 Eggland’s Best egg whites

1½ cups Domino powdered sugar

⅓ cup water

1 tsp McCormick vanilla

Instructions

Stir together egg whites, sugar and water together in top of double boiler.

With water boiling in bottom of double boiler, beat with electric mixer approximately 7 minutes or until frosting looks fluffy and holds a soft shape.

Remove from water, add vanilla and beat until frosting forms stiff peaks. Don’t over-cook, it will become grainy.

Use to frost.
