I absolutely love potatoes. They are my favorite side dish for anything. Whether it may be a huge loaded baked potato (I mean, I will take anything from Wendy’s to Outback), or a nice and creamy mashed potato style (skin and all in there, I really do not mind!) or maybe in the style of potato chunks (you know, like when you get Homestyle potatoes for breakfast). Seasoned or unseasoned.
Loaded with cheese and bacon, topped with sour cream or not, I will always take potatoes over rice, pasta or anything else. They are just so good! Well, since I love potatoes so much, I make them very often in my home.
However, my husband always wants me to find new ways to make them because he honestly does get bored of the same food all the time. Well, I have been on the lookout for a new potato recipe and could not find anything. I almost gave up, until I found this amazing dish: potato puffs!
What? Have you ever heard of that? I certainly had not! Potato puffs are basically a perfectly whipped mashed potato turned into a crispy little puff. Read on to see how you make these.
