Whenever we are having company over and I really want to impress them, I will toss one of these in. It’s nice because you can decide what size roast to make based on how many people are coming over. I usually add in all the fixings too. Mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, bread, salad…. the more people, the more sides I toss in. It makes a nice home style meal that I have yet to hear any complaints on it. The leftover juices make an amazing gravy too when you pull the hunk of meat out, so don’t waste it.

Ingredients
1 beef roast, any kind
1 (1 1/4 oz) package of Hidden Valley dried ranch dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 oz) package of Lipton dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 oz) package of McCormick’s dried brown gravy mix
1/2 c. of water
Instructions
First place beef roast in crock pot.
Then add in the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast.
Now our the water around the roast.
Finally cook on low for 7-9 hours.
