This beefy noodle sour cream casserole is perfect to serve to a large hungry crowd. Since it’s a casserole, you don’t need to hassle yourself a lot. You just need to put everything together in the casserole dish and allow the oven to do the magic for you. You can even whip up a simple dessert and a simple salad that will go well with this pasta recipe. A complete rich meal in one casserole is the only thing you ever need. Am I right?

I have never made any beef casserole as good as this. It has that strong amazing flavor, but it also retains its homey and comforting taste. This is a family friendly recipe that will never go wrong.
Ingredients
1-1/4 pound Tyson Ground Beef
1 can 15-ounces Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
3/4 t Morton Salt
1/2 t McCormick freshly ground Black Pepper
1/4 t Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
1/2 t McCormick Garlic Powder
8 ounces Barilla Egg Noodles (1/2 of a package)
1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1-1/4 cup small curd Daisy Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup sliced Green Onions
1/2 t McCormick Garlic Salt
McCormick Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Sargento shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked, drain fat from pan.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Lawry’s & garlic powder.
Simmer on low until ready to use in casserole.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain.
In large bowl stir to combine: sour cream, cottage cheese, green onions, garlic salt & pepper. Add in cooked egg noodles, stir together.
In greased 13×9 assemble in layers. 1st layer 1/2 of noodle mixture, followed by 1/2 of meat mixture, and then 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. Repeat all layers.
Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and heated through.
Serves 6.
