Casseroles always make my family’s day brighter. Most of the casseroles that I make for them are composed of all the good things they want-meat, cheese, and cream. I sometimes add spinach, asparagus, or green beans just so there will be a hint of freshness and something healthy in such a rich dish. Whenever casserole is on the menu, my husband becomes more energetic- he loves all the carbs and protein in there. He always says they make him more active and more awake, allowing him to deal with his hectic day.

“A nice breakfast or brunch menu doesn’t need to be complicated – it can be simple and delicious. I can’t wait to Sausage, Gouda & Biscuit Breakfast Casserole. Enjoy!”
I agree 100%! Just because a dish is simple, it doesn’t mean it’s not going to be as delicious as the complicated ones. Just look at this casserole. All you have to do is out them all together in one dish and bake them; yet it’s delicious, isn’t it?
