I often consider peach as a dessert fruit; but peach really tastes so good with pork. I usually don’t like sweet and fruity glazes on my meat; I prefer savory glaze like gravy and cheesy. This recipe is one of the exceptions though. The sweet and tangy flavor of the peach glaze complements the savory flavor of the meat so well. I once tried using other fruits for this recipe (because you really can’ don’t be afraid to experiment), but peach is still one of the family favorites.
