I was eating chili the other day while relaxing on the living room. My sons were taking their afternoon nap after eating their snacks; I had a bit of a free time for myself. I took out the leftover chili that my husband made the day before and ate it even though it’s quite spicy. I planned on making a simple cornbread out of a box when I remembered I have a new recipe I wanted to try that might taste good with stews and chili. I found this recipe from Mr. Food months ago, but I almost forgot all about it until that time.
I am warning you- this will really surprise you. This amazing cheddar carrot pudding recipe will be ready in 10 to 12 minutes. Yes, you read that right… 10 to 12 minutes.
I didn’t waste any time and gathered all the ingredients I needed for this marvelous, easy-to-make pudding recipe. Most of the ingredients you need would be in your pantry. You can even substitute some of the ingredients with what you have at home.
After whipping up this tasty pudding recipe, I have my perfect accompaniment with my chili. It really tasted good with the flavorful concoction. The sweet-salty taste of the pudding was perfect with the savory-strong taste of the chili.
I served them as a dessert for my family during dinner. I just placed a dollop of whipped cream on top and they ate it like it’s a cream pie. It’s a pretty versatile dish actually.
