Easter is coming nearer and nearer; and my predicament lies on the food I want to serve to my family. It’s not that I will adhere to serving only Easter food- you’re talking to the woman who makes ice cream during winter- but it’s because I just want to try something new for the Easter holidays. I visited a lot of sites for this already. I could always rely on the ones I know, but I’ve been a mom and a wife for years- my recipes have been used even if it’s not the holidays. I know you can feel me- you know where I am coming from.
I did found a few new things and not-so-new things that I can try. Probably one of my favorites is this Easter meat pie that really looked delicious. I tried it just a few days ago so my family can taste-test it… well, they liked it.
I just need to make a few modifications to suit the taste of both my husband and my kids. In doesn’t have anything to do with the dish itself (it’s amazing). It has more to do with the preferences of my family.
This is a simple pie dessert that I am sure you and your family will get to enjoy. You can find a full copy of this recipe on the next page for your reference.

Quick Tip: Instead of the ham and salami, you can try using cooked meatball pieces or pepperoni.
