I usually make sandwich for my husband during weekdays. His job requires him to go to different places, which doesn’t allow him to even remember about food. While he still eats after all of his tasks, I don’t really like him skipping meals. I want him to have food with him all the time, which he can eat even while he’s driving. Sandwiches are the answer to that. I find myself preparing a big sandwich for him every morning during his busy weeks.
Usually, it’s a simple ham and cheese sandwich. Sometimes, I make chicken salad or tuna salad sandwich spread for him. There are times, when we have leftover beef, that I make roast beef sandwich for him (he loves this the most).
Pulled pork sandwich is another favorite of his. He loves the chunky-ness of the pulled pork sandwiched between two soft breads. Whenever I have the time, I make him pulled pork.
I usually cook this using my slow cooker. Slow cooker just helps tenderize meat in a better way. The meat always retains its moist quality that make sit taste better.
No one loves a dry meat, what more shredded dry meat. You will never have that in this slow cooker recipe. Your pulled pork will be at its finest in this recipe.
