Mmm, Mmm, Mmmmm! So Yummy!
One of the best recipes that I ever encountered in my life is picadillo. It’s originally Spanish, but there are several versions around the world including Asia. What I love most about picadillo is that you can eat it with almost anything. When I was a kid, my Mom served picadillo over piping hot rice. Sometimes, she served it with tortillas or tacos. Sometimes, she just served it as is, without anything to distract us from the flavorful picadillo. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with this versatile dish.
This is a family favorite. My husband eats this as a snack even, while he’s watching television. I love eating this with pasta simply because you can eat anything saucy with pasta- anything will taste good with it.
Among all of the versions of picadillo, I love the Mexican one the most. We love the strong flavors of Mexican food, and that’s the main reason why even my kids love it. It’s so savory you wouldn’t even think of having anything else after it.
A totally flavorful meal that guarantees satisfaction- this is what this picadillo recipe is all about. You will never disappoint anyone with this recipe. So go ahead and grab a copy of this on the next page.
