How do you chill with a hot chili? Oh you can’t, definitely! Chili is a household name in both of my and husband’s family. And since it’s my husband’s favorite, it’s also a staple in our family. There are several versions that I have tried to cook for us, but we have our certain favorites that cater to all of our tastes. Chili is not for our sons though. Whenever I make chili for my husbands, the twins have to settle with macaroni and cheese. They are not complaining though.
I love eating chili while it’s hot, but my husband has this certain quirk wherein he eats chili straight from the fridge. Of course there’s nothing extraordinary about that; it’s just that I find it quite weird.
This chunky beef chili is probably one of the chili recipes we both love to the core. I love the fact that it has bigger pieces of beef that I can chew on. He on the other hand loves the fact that this chili tastes really good spicier.
My husband and I love our chili with a side dish of salad. We also love serving this with homemade cornbread or crusty bread. How about you, how do you like your chili servings?
