Everyone around here knows my husband is a chocolate fan. I mean, if that guy does not get his daily chocolate intake, he becomes cranky and will not stop until he gets it. I always pack him two fun size Kit Kat bars for dessert after lunch at work and that lunch box never comes back with those Kit Kats. And, if I forget to throw them in, or maybe just put one in there, he gets a grumpy about it!
It is actually quite humorous if you ask me! Anyway, he is so unbelievably stuck to that chocolate fix, I often have to find new ways to give him some. I do not want him to get bored by my choices and what I make him so I like to switch it up.
He is a huge fan of brownies, but I do not want to be making only brownies. The other day I remembered that he loves the combination of mint and chocolate so I thought of doing something with that. I had found a simple recipe, with basic ingredients, and the cookies were GREEN. I mean, how cool is that?!
