Whenever I find a good tuna recipe, I find a way to incorporate it into my every day meals. I try to find new ways to serve it and prepare it, and boy will I tell you: it is GOOD! This tuna recipe is really cool because it is simple and straightforward. It is great for a lunch all on its own or as a side for a BBQ.
You can add some BBQ sauce, you can add some veggies, or any other of your favorite toppings for a cool twist that will make it even better. My husband’s favorite is a hard boiled egg on top!
Check out what our friends over at Tastes of Lizzy T’s had to say about this:
“I love this recipe because there’s no peeling & chopping potatoes. There’s no dressing to mix. This is just a simple 5 ingredient salad that your family will love.”
