It Takes Only 5 Ingredients To Make This Delish Salad!

My mom used to make us mac and cheese for lunch almost every day.  Now don’t get me wrong, I absolutely loved it and asked her for it, but she always wanted to make us something a little more filling.  SO one day, she cracked open a can of tuna and served it over pasta with a little bit of mayo and a squeeze of lime.  That was all it took.  I was hooked on pasta with tuna and did not want any more mac and cheese.

My mom was pretty excited, too! From then on, I have always tried to find new ways to cook tuna.  I did not want to make the same old recipes of pasta and tuna or tuna sandwiches.

I wanted something cool, delicious, and refreshing.  I love tuna because we do not eat it often, so it feels special, yet at the same time it is so easy.  There is no need to cook it, and prepping it is so absolutely easy.

I love when I am able to find a new tuna recipe that I can incorporate into my meal plans.  Well, this one my friends, is absolutely one of them.  It is so good!
