Discover A Creamy Touch Of Magic In This Bacon Mac And Cheese

I haven’t tasted anything like this before. I try everything that my friends tell me to eat except if it contains raw vinegar because I am not a fan; but never in my life have I tasted anything like this version of mac and cheese. I have tasted lobster mac and cheese, seafood mac and cheese, and shrimp mac and cheese; but I have never even gone near this version. Pumpkin with cheese and macaroni-all I thought was, “you’re kidding”. It turns out my friend wasn’t kidding.

I first tasted it when I came to visit a friend whom I haven’t see for a long time. It was supposed to be a brief hello, but it turned into a full three hours of chatting and eating. She served this amazing mac and cheese to me along with homemade garlic bread.

At first, I already noticed that there’s something different in it. It’s a good type of different though, and I immediately wondered and asked. When my friend told me it was pumpkin, I knew my face was hilarious.

I eat pumpkin a lot, but it’s the first time I tasted it in a mac and cheese recipe. And it’s not bad; in fact, it’s one of the most amazing  things I have ever tasted. The creaminess of the pumpkin just adds to the creaminess of the dish.

It’s so perfect!
