One thing I love most about my husband is that he eats everything I prepare for him. There are times when he doesn’t like it, but he still finishes what’s on his plate. He tells me that a food prepared by anyone deserves to be appreciated. If the taste is not one to your liking, at least appreciate the effort by eating all of the serving on your plate. I am really one lucky woman, am I not?
Even if that is the case, I always try my best to cook the food that my family will love. They are my first priority. Even if I am not too fond of the food I am preparing, as long as they like it, I am okay.
There are meals that we all agree on though- pasta meals. We all love pasta; and we’ll appreciate any good pasta dish that will be served to us. Yes, this includes my sons.
This artichoke heart stuffed shells with lemon ricotta sauce is as amazing as my usual favorite pasta dishes. Its creamy lemony sauce balances all the flavors in this recipe. It adds to that nice texture that melts in the mouth.
A full copy of this recipe can be found on the next page. I am suggesting for you to try this because it has the most amazing sauce that goes so well with it. I’m sure this dish will become the family’s favorite in no time!
