Luscious Chocolate Cobbler For A Family Of Chocoholics!

I used to fail at making cobblers. By college, I already knew how to cook a lot of dishes including desserts, but cobblers were not one of them. I remember my very first attempt in making a cobbler. It was an apple pie cobbler that I served to my group of friends later that day. I found this easy recipe at one site and decided to make it to impress my friends. They were the same group of friends who lived with me at that college apartment.

It was a really easy recipe. All I had to do was melt the butter and pour it over the flour and sugar mixture, and then pour the mixture over the apples. There was a specific baking time which I had to follow too.

I knew I did everything correctly, but for some reason, the cobbler ended up as a… disaster. The streusel on top was crunchy and hard. Well, it tasted good, but there were raw bits on it.

My friends still ate the cobbler though. It was those times when we had to subsist on instant noodles and canned food. Eating a dessert was a bit of a luxury.

Now that I have a family, I am more confident with my cobbler-making skills. This chocolate cobbler recipe is one of my family’s favorite. It’s easy, tasty, and full of chocolate goodness!

This will be an instant hit to your family. And in this, you have to believe me.
