Whenever I leave the house, I am more confident about it than some wives and mothers. My husband knows how to cook, knows how to bake, and knows how to entertain his kids. Whenever I come home, the house is on its proper order. There are no broken vases, broken appliances, or messed up kitchen. Even the parts of the house are clean. there might be a few papers here and there, but the twins always make them everyday.
A few days ago, I had to leave for a couple of days because of a project. Fortunately, my sister-in-law was on leave and she helped us take care of the twins during the day. My husband would pick them up on his way home from work.
My husband kept sending me videos and photos of the twins. I have never been grateful to technology until then. It wouldn’t have been possible a few years ago!
He also sent me photos of the meals he made for the twins. He knows how fussy I am when it comes to that. He’s being a really responsible father because he truly put his culinary skills in use.
He also sent me a photo of a fruit crisp recipe and a message that said, “it’s fruits. It’s counted as healthy.” I forgave him for that. And asked him to make it for me when I came home.
