My own Mom loves soup so much (and she knows a lot of soup recipes!). She’s not a heavy eater, which is why most of the time, she and Dad have soup for supper. I remember that complaining about it, but Mom always makes it up to him with a classic dessert that he loves. The last time we went to visit her and dad, I volunteered to cook supper and cooked this for them. For someone who’s soup-making skills are perfect, she loved it!
See what our friends from Stock Piling Moms have to say about this recipe:
“Grandma’s Slow Cooker Potato Soup is a fantastic soup that will make you think of your childhood! It is also super easy to make with only 4 ingredients and seasonings. You can dump everything in the crockpot in the morning and right before serving just mash up the potatoes in the liquid.”
It is indeed one of the easiest potato soup recipes that I tried. If you don’t have much time and yet you want a satisfying dinner, this recipe is for you!
