I have tried a lot of baked pork chops recipe, and this recipe is probably one of the best that my family truly adores. My family loves creamy dishes and meat, and this recipe gives us the best of both worlds. Who can get over such a delightful meal? When I first tried this dish, it was during a weeknight. My husband came home tired and hungry. While I was cooking, I told him to relax first while was putting the last touches to the meal.
He played with our kids because they are his form of relaxation. Those toothy grins were both our weaknesses and strength. I could hear them laughing all the way from the kitchen and all I could think of was, I hope they would enjoy the meal I prepared.
When I placed the dishes right in front of them, I felt like I was looking at triplets instead of twins. They had the same curious looks on their faces and I couldn’t help but laugh. But I was relieved when they started eating because it was obvious how much they loved the dish!
I couldn’t blame them. This tasty mushroom sauce baked pork chops are too delectable! The mushrooms and the cream taste so well with the flavor of the pork chops, resulting to one heavenly dish! There’s nothing you can do but to love this!
