I have read once that when you wish on a moon, then that will likely come true. Everyone wishes on a star, therefore the moon has more time to make your wishes come true. This apple crescent dumpling reminds me of the moon. And while it doesn’t make my wishes come true, it sure satisfies mine and my family’s tummies!

While I was searching for a recipe to bring over to a small gathering with my friend, this immediately got my attention. I would have brought another apple pie, but I thought this was better because it was something new. And I was right. My friends all loved this recipe. They couldn’t stop singing praises to it! They didn’t even mind me. They just loved the recipe.
I made this for my family too. Just like always, they really enjoyed the recipe! The three of them ate this with a scoop of ice cream on top and fell in love with it that way.
