This pasta salad is perfect for a satisfying group meal. Whenever I need to bring food to a potluck, I make sure to bring a salad. Salad is really great for a large crowd. You will not have a hard time cooking if it’s salad. At the same time, you do not need to worry about people not liking the meal you brought because salad is always good for such a gathering. A couple of Sundays ago, there was a potluck organized by a churchmate. I planned on baking a casserole for that because casseroles are safe choices. However, I didn’t have the time to make one. Fortunately, I remember a salad recipe that I wanted to try for a long time so it’s what I brought to the potluck.
The pasta salad recipe was a hit! My churchmates loved eating them as side dish to chicken and pork. I was a bit relieved because I just whipped it up easily and I thought they wouldn’t like it. When I came home after the potluck, I caught my husband snacking on the pasta salad. I guess he loved it because the container I left at home was almost empty when I took a peek!
